How do I cancel my order?
Please reach out to use via our Contact us page to send us a message to cancel your order. If it hasn’t been shipped we will immediately cancel and refund your purchase.
I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?
Our shipping is automated but if you reach out to us before the product has left our warehouse then there is a chance we can make updates to your order. Send us a note on our Contact us page and we will see what we can do!
Where do you ship from?
All of our products ship from our facilities in the Toronto area (Canada) and from Pennsylvania (primary) in the US.
How long does shipping take?
We try to get your order shipped out the next business day. Generally it takes 2-5 business days for shipments to arrive. Busy season shipments may take longer.
Can I exchange my order?
As long as your order is still in its original packaging and unused you can return or exchange it. Please reach out via our Contact us page and we will provide return shipping details. We do ask that customers pay their own shipping for returns or exchanges.
What's my order status?
We are not currently set up for exchanges. For all domestic customers making a return, please use the pre-paid UPS return label included within your package. Once received, we’ll be more than happy to issue a full refund for the items returned.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Not all carriers offer PO Box shipping. We have been successful shipping to PO boxes in the past but sometimes shipping costs increase due to limited carrier options. If we have any problem with your shipping we will reach out.
