Join Paul as he guides you enhancing your practice through the use of a yoga wheel*. We will explore how to expand on balance, strength and flexibility.
During this workshop, we will look at how to incorporate the wheel in your Asana practice. As an active prop, the wheel can provide additional challenge to your poses and can also provide great support. As we flow through the workshop you will learn how to use the wheel to assist in many different poses. The wheel can help with you work your back bends, legs, hips, shoulders, and core. Learn how to use the Yoga Wheel to safely expand your practice, open up your heart, do supported backbends, enhance existing poses, increase flexibility, drive core engagement, deepen your stretches, massage your spine and much more.
*Wheels will be provided for workshop participants.
After the workshop, if you want to take a wheel home, a portion of your workshop fee can be directly applied to the cost of a Tranquil Yogi Yoga Wheel!
